1: Diesel generator set maintenance cycle table and maintenance standards
(1) Daily maintenance (every shift);
(2) First-level technical maintenance (accumulative work 100 hours or every 1 month);
(3) Second-level technical maintenance (500 hours of cumulative work or every 6 months);
(4) Three-level technical maintenance (accumulated working hours of 1000~1500 hours or every 1 year).
Regardless of any maintenance, dismantling and installation should be carried out in a planned and step-by-step manner, and tools should be used reasonably, with appropriate force. After disassembly, the surface of each component should be kept clean and coated with anti-rust oil or grease to prevent Rust; pay attention to the relative position of the detachable parts, the structural characteristics of the non-detachable parts, as well as the assembly clearance and adjustment method. At the same time, keep the diesel engine and its accessories clean and intact.
1. Routine maintenance

Second, the first level of technical maintenance
1. Check battery voltage and electrolyte specific gravity
2. Check the tension of the triangular rubber belt
3. Clean the oil suction coarse filter of the oil pump
4. Clean the air filter
5. Check the filter element in the vent pipe
6. Clean the fuel filter
7. Clean the oil filter
8. Clean the oil filter and oil inlet pipe of the turbocharger
9. Change the oil in the oil pan
10. Add lubricating oil or grease
11. Clean the cooling water radiator
Generator minor repairs
(1) Open the window cover, clean up the dust, and maintain effective ventilation and heat dissipation.
(2) Clean the surface of the slip ring or commutator, as well as the brushes and brush holders.
(3) Disassemble the small end cover of the motor bearing to check the consumption and cleanliness of the lubricating oil.
(4) Carefully check the electrical connection and mechanical connection of each place, clean and connect firmly if necessary.
(5) The excitation voltage regulating device of the motor shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant requirements and the above contents.
4. In addition to completing all the content of minor repairs, the following content is also added.
(1) Comprehensively check the condition of the slip ring and the brush device, and carry out necessary cleaning, trimming and measurement.
(2) Check and clean the bearings comprehensively.
(3) Fully check the windings and insulation of the motor, and check the electrical and mechanical connections.
(4)After the maintenance and overhaul, the correctness and reliability of the electrical connection and mechanical installation should be rechecked, and all parts inside the motor should be blown clean with dry compressed air. Finally, according to normal starting and running requirements, carry out no-load and load tests to determine whether it is in good condition
