Solutions for water leakage in different parts of Perkins generator set

1. The solution to the leakage of fresh water pump
(1) If the monitoring hole of the fresh water pump also leaks, the fresh water pump should be removed from the body and disassembled, and then the water seal should be replaced.
(2) When the drain valve installed on the fresh water pump leaks due to the damage of the spring, a new spring or a new drain valve can be replaced.
2. The solution to the leakage of the water radiator
(1) The repair method of the upper and lower water chambers of the radiator After detecting the leaking parts of the radiator, clean the leaking parts, and then use a metal brush or scraper to completely remove the metal paint and rust, and then repair it with solder.
(2) Repair method of radiator water pipe When it is found that the damaged area of the outer water pipe of the radiator is small during the inspection process, it can be repaired by soldering.
