Generator inspection and maintenance method
1. Check the oil circuit pressure, the oil pump is working normally, and the return oil pressure of the oil circuit is normal.
2. Check the fuel filter assembly and whether there is air leakage in the oil circuit, and check whether it is normal.
3. Check the circuit to see if the relay is broken and whether the circuit is worn or not, and the inspection is normal (the control line and the relay have been replaced).
4. Replace the main process module to see if there is any problem, and the inspection is normal.
5. Check and replace the sensor, and the inspection is normal.
6. It is suspected that it is a problem with the injector assembly. Because the generator set has an automatic detection and alarm function, if there is a problem with the injector, a corresponding fault code will appear.
7. Check the fuel injector relay voltage, because it is a pulse, it cannot be measured with a multimeter, and the result. Therefore, it is impossible to determine whether it is an electrical problem or an injector problem.
After-sale inspection method
1. Check the oil circuit.
2. Plug in the inspection instrument, and then use gasoline at the air intake to help the engine.
After-sales test results:
Fuel pressure loss Injector instability.
Processing result: replace the injector assembly and readjust the exchange rate of 6 injectors.
Therefore, it is judged that the fault code is displayed, and there is a problem with the injector, which cannot cause a fault alarm.
