Working inspection method of each cylinder of diesel engine

The following methods are used to check the operation of the engine when each cylinder is idling:

(1) Listening method: Use a stethoscope or a stick to approach the body of the syringe and listen to the sound of each cylinder bursting. The normal metal knocking sound is similar to the “dangdang” sound. If there is only “well” and not only sound in one row, then little or no oil in the tank by the time it catches fire, as the gongs and drums indicate that the cylinder was filled too much or too early.

(2) Color legal concept: When the Weifang generator engine is working normally, the discharge from light gray, with heavy load, is a bit darker. If black gas is discharged, it indicates that the combustible gas is not completely combusted. The lubricating oil discharged from the blue flame enters the cylinder for combustion. White smoke is OK, so the water in the diesel engine, the combustible gas that burns, is also white smoke. Continuous exhaust emissions of an unusual color indicate that the individual tank is not working properly.

(3) Temperature sensing method: In the initial stage after the diesel engine is started (the temperature of the exhaust pipe is very high after working for a period of time, and it will burn you if you touch it with your hands), touch the temperature of the exhaust pipe of each cylinder by hand to identify the working condition of each cylinder. If the temperature of the exhaust pipe of each cylinder is higher than that of other cylinders, it means that the fuel supply of the cylinder is high; if the temperature is low, the fuel supply of the cylinder is small, or there is no fuel injection, or the fuel is not completely burned or does not burn after fuel injection.

(4) Pulse method: Squeeze the high-pressure oil pipe tightly with your hands, and feel the pulsation during fuel injection. The pulsation is small, the explosion sound is weak, and the fuel supply volume of the cylinder with low temperature is relatively small. Abnormal explosion sound and high temperature indicate that the fuel injection pressure of the injector has dropped, the fuel injection atomization is poor, or it cannot be ignited and completely burned in time. The pulsation is large, the explosion sound is strong, and the cylinder with high temperature is because the oil supply is too large. Weak explosion sound and low temperature indicate that the injector hole or needle valve is stuck.
