At present, almost all well-known diesel engines on the market have imitation manufacturers. Some manufacturers use these imitation machines with the same appearance to pretend to be famous brands, and use the means of making fake nameplates, printing real numbers, and printing fake factory materials to achieve the purpose of greatly reducing costs. . It is difficult for non-professionals to distinguish deck machines.

1.4 Small horse-drawn cart
Confuse the relationship between KVA and KW. Treat KVA as KW to exaggerate power and sell it to customers. In fact, KVA is commonly used abroad, and KW is the effective power commonly used in China. The relationship between them is 1KW=1.25KVA. Imported units are generally expressed in KVA, while domestic electrical equipment is generally expressed in KW, so when calculating power, KVA should be converted into KW at a 20% discount.
2. Generator part
The function of the generator is to convert the power of the diesel engine into electrical energy, which is directly related to the quality and stability of the output power.
2.1 Stator coil
The stator coil was originally made of all copper wire, but with the improvement of wire making technology, copper-clad aluminum core wire appeared. Different from copper-plated aluminum wire, copper-clad aluminum core wire is made of copper-clad aluminum when drawing the wire using a special mold, and the copper layer is much thicker than copper-plated. The performance of the generator stator coil using copper-clad aluminum core wire is not much different, but the service life is much shorter than that of the all-copper wire stator coil.
2.2 Excitation method
The generator excitation mode is divided into phase compound excitation type and brushless self-excitation type. The brushless self-excitation type has become the mainstream due to the advantages of stable excitation and simple maintenance, but there are still some manufacturers who configure phase compound excitation generators in generator sets below 300KW due to cost considerations.
3. Control system
Diesel generator set automation control is divided into semi-automatic and fully automatic unattended type. Semi-automatic is the automatic start of the generator set when the power is cut off, and the automatic stop when the power is received. The fully automatic unattended control panel is equipped with ATS dual power switch, which directly and automatically detects the mains signal, automatically switches, and controls the automatic start and stop of the generator set, realizing fully automatic unattended operation, and the switching time is 3-7 seconds. tune.
Hospitals, military, fire fighting and other places that need to transmit electricity in time must be equipped with automatic control panels.
4. Accessories
The standard accessories for regular diesel generator sets are composed of batteries, battery wires, mufflers, shock pads, air filters, diesel filters, oil filters, bellows, connecting flanges, and oil pipes.
