How does a diesel generator work?

The hot water generated by the generator when it is working reaches the heat exchange pipe through the generator outlet pipe, and is cooled by the cold water from the cold water pool. The circulating hot water of the diesel engine flows back to the diesel engine water tank after the temperature drops. Cool the diesel generator.

The cold water in the cold pool is filtered and then pumped to the heat exchanger. After cooling the circulating hot water from the diesel generator, the water temperature rises and is sent to the hot water pool.

The hot water pool and the cold water pool are isolated from each other, and only an overflow hole is opened on the middle partition wall. When the domestic hot water consumption is very small, the hot water in the hot water pool flows to the cold water pool through the overflow hole.

The water level of the cold pool is automatically controlled by the replenishment water level working valve. The control water level of the water level control valve is 200mm lower than the overflow hole. When the amount of domestic hot water is large, the water level of the cooling pool is automatically replenished by the replenishment water pipe.

According to the measured data, the calculation equation for the output of hot water is:

Hot water volume (KG) = (generator power * generator load rate * generator working time * 200) / (hot water temperature - atmospheric temperature)
