Q1.Is your generator used or new?
A: Yag Power does not make second-hand machines, only brand-new machines, and signs the formal contract. If there is a refurbished machine, a full refund will be given.
Q2.How long is the machine warranty period?
A: All generator sets manufactured by Woda Power are covered by the global joint warranty, with one year warranty or or 1000 running hours whichever comes first(except forman-made damage) and a lifetime warranty.
Q3.Is the generator easy to use? Is it easy to operate or not?
A: The generator of Woda Power has been debugged before leaving the factory. After you receiving the goods, connect the power cord, pour diesel oil and start them, and they are ready for use.
